What a designer need is a base where he is allowed to play with the strokes and churn up his creative to craft a design! I am glad to share that here the creative is considerate and even rewarded in the appropriate manner. Being a UI/UX designer, what all I want is offered with considerably comfortable manner. Being working in company since its roots (5+ years), I have explore my technical skills to next level. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly management - makes sure to justify each aspects in all the phases. Looking to my career journey it's been a while now, yet I feel each year to be a new year coming up with challenging and trending projects.

My career as ASP.NET lead in Concetto Labs has been a lap of time where in any highs and lows the team is supportive and the management understands the circumstances. In terms of learning growth, Concetto Labs is the pretty technology oriented company and beliefs in moving along with the current trends making sure to serve the best to the domain. Their ethics boosted up my passion.

Initiated my career as a fresher from here in Concetto Labs and now a senior android developer, my journey was a path where at each point I learnt new techniques and upgraded my skills set to the level that has polished me in the professional curve and provided me a platform to deep dive in new trends and create apps that suits the best to the domain. Coding standards is the major point taken care at the core.

Learning just the one platform is obvious for any developer, but what if you hit to explore much more than just iOS. Isn't that sound more challenging and adventurous? This is what I was willing to be my career to be and luckily I got it.
