Home Screen

This is the first screen when you open the application where it allows the user to select the projects
The user can search the projects by entering a character and the suggestions will appear
Filter by project status and Phases are available for the users
If a project is selected, all the phases will be enabled for the users to select from

Go No Go

Initial form about the project data which is entered when the executive meets the customer
The data captured is being stored on one of the best database to manage quick query building - Dataverse
Once the data is entered, it is then connected to the rest of the forms for further processing

Risk Assessment form

Risk assessment is divided into 12 steps based on the requirements being captures
Roles and permissions are being managed to provide the access to a certain step to a user
The admin can make amendments to all the steps once the user enters the data
Individual status of a step can be managed

Project Closeout and Archiving

This is the last step of the entire project lifecycle project, the entire screens are given below for the reference
A screen where the admin/manager can take over and upload all the necessary certificates of the project closure
Once this step is completed, the admin/manager can generate the report of the entire project as a PDF
